This hotel that we booked months ahead gave us a room far away from front door. Only access for moving all our luggage a back door across grass with no key card entry. No WIFI. TV had no remote and did not work initially, had to have tech replace. Ice maker broken, don’t stay here!

The staff kept saying the wifi was being fixed but it was never fixed. Which also meant the tv didn't work either. When travelling for work it's essential to have wifi. I was unable to get my work done.

Wifi not working. Tv not working. Long hair stuck in the shower drain. Bath wouldn’t drain. Had to pull out someone’s disgusting hair. Fan didn’t work in the bathroom. Noisy - people arguing all night and no one put a stop to it.

Stay was fine for our overnight stop. No elevators so had to bring our luggage upstairs. Breakfast wasn’t included (despite the review asking how the free breakfast was) and if it was, we weren’t told at check in that it was available. WiFi wasn’t working. Rooms were clean and spacious though so it did the job.

The hotel is showing its age, but the updates are good and everything about the stay worked well. Front desk staff was very helpful. Food at the attached restaurant was top notch. And, the room was reasonably priced. I would stay there again.
