Comfortable Stay

We stayed here for a week while attending health care appointments. It was very comfortable and met all our expectations. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Walking distance to shops/restaurant/beach. The beds were very comfortable and the spa was an added bonus. We would all highly recommend staying here.

I paid over 11,000 for a month-long stay, and this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I've had.On arrival, the apartment looked okay on the surface, but it had only been superficially cleaned. The couch had months of accumulated dirt and grime both under it and on it. There was a single roll of toilet paper provided for the entire apartment for a month-long booking.Worst of all, I dealt with persistent itchiness and bites for weeks. I initially blamed the aircon filters (which were thick with dust) and tried everything to resolve it myself — bombing the apartment twice, cleaning the couch repeatedly, treating the seams with isopropyl alcohol. Nothing worked. I eventually woke up to three bites in a straight line on my lower back, the classic sign of bed bugs, with the couch as the source.I was forced to leave early, book alternative accommodation, and pay to have all my clothing professionally heat-treated to avoid spreading the infestation. For the price paid, this was completely unacceptable. I have photos documenting everything.Cannot recommend.
