Summary:
Our light filled modern 3 Bed Home is located in a quiet leafy pocket of Erskineville, yet only moments walk to the buzzing hub of Newtown.
We have a dedicated parking spot in the garage on site, AC in every room and a delightful open plan and fully equipped kitchen living and dining area. The master bedroom has a King size Bed with ensuite, a single sofa bed in the front bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size Bed. Full laundry facilities are available on site as well as a BBQ on the patio.

The Space:
This is an ideal family home to reconnect and spend time with your loved ones. With a simple layout over 2 levels, our home has been tastefully renovated and includes all modern conveniences throughout. There is AirCon available in each room, a breakfast bar in the kitchen island, and an open plan living and dining area with a smart TV and dining table for 6. The living area extends to the delightful sun filled patio which also has a BBQ available to use.
The private garaged car space is also available and is on site as are full laundry facilities.
The house is located in Erskineville only moments away from King St and Erskineville Rd which are both very popular with locals and visitors alike as they are filled with cafes, bars, boutiques and shopping.
