"Beautiful brand new hotel that is directly across from the main train platforms. Super convenient for exploring the area. Also the breakfast included with our stay was the best free hotel breakfast of our entire trip. Great selection and fantastic cappuccino’s."

The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! "Close to train station - it’s a bunk house/hostel rather than a hotel - OK for an overnight stay shower OK bed was not the best for me personally. But OK for our one night for the Glacier Express. I know accom is at. premium in Zermatt but I will make sure I look closer as to what things are called hotels on our next visit "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again. "
