The hotel was set in a beautiful garden with the beach and sea below. The view was beautiful from our room and you could hear the sea when in bed, it was so calming. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly, The food was very tasty and well presented. The garden was very relaxing with sun loungers after a day on the beach.

This was a lovely relaxing overnight stay at the end of my holiday. I had a wonderful sea view from my spacious room on the top floor, which had a large fan that quietly delivered a cooling movement of air during the night. It was only a 5-minute walk to the beach for a swim. In the early evening it was lovely to sit & relax in the garden area with no pressure to buy a drink from the bar. The shower was powerful with a large head and a handy second hand held showerhead.

A clean quiet hotel in a good location about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre of Swanage. Staff are very helpful. Serves breakfast and dinner and has a spa in the basement and pleasant beer garden right above the beach. The parking is very limited and the only other downside is that the bed is one of the least comfortable (/older?) that I have slept in.

The property was okay, but not worth it for the price in my opinion. The bathtub in our room was broken when we checked-in - the side was completely falling off. The beds were very uncomfortable - I could literally feel every spring in the mattress. The gym didn't open until 9:30 a.m. during the week, which was super inconvenient and we were therefore unable to use is. Overall, our stay was just okay.

Great stay in the family room with our teenage boys. Lovely room and great shower. Hot breakfast to order was very nice and plenty of coffee and cold breakfast options. Enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and tried the cold water did in the sea which was encouraged and a cold experience. All staff very nice and great service throughout. Would love to return in future. Thank you.
