The property consists of two stone houses that are rented out as one unit for exclusive use only and is perfect for those looking for some privacy during their vacation. Each house has two bedrooms with double beds, some of which have en-suite bathrooms. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The villa also has a private tavern with a charcoal grill, perfect for a family gathering and enjoying time together. The square, with a beautiful Renaissance church and an 18th-century loggia, is dominated by the imposing Grimani Palace, a well-preserved medieval castle with a wide residential tower surrounded by a lawn lined with chestnut and pine trees.

The region's main towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec are all within a 30-minute drive, as are the pebble beaches of the Adriatic.
