Great place for Families with Kids

We stayed now the second time here and enjoyed it very much. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Its perfect for families with kids. The only draw back is, that the beach is not in front of the house, but you reach nice beaches within 30 min drive.

Perfect holiday home for a stay in Istrië.

The villa is very nice, clean and spacy. The airconditioning is a plus. The garden is big and ideal for kids as it's well equiped with a small pooltable, a pingpong table, trampoline, ... There was a very good outdoor seating area where we spent a lot of time. The pool is nice (water is not heated so with some bad weather the days before a bit cold). But, very important: the hosts Romina and Lucano were very friendly and helpful. You can reach them anytime and they respond immediately. Super nice hosts. As for the location: the location is ideal if you want to visit several coastal cities as it is very central located in Istria. It's about a half hour drive to Pula, Porec, Ronvinj, ... Only problem was that a real bakery is about 10 kms away from the house. A small shop was nearby (2 kms) so not a big issue. Overall we would certainly recommend this residence.

Naja …

Check-in war top. Sauberkeit war auch super aber die untere Küche und Wohnbereich war nicht zu benutzen es hat extrem nach Zigaretten gestunken. Wir haben lediglich die unter Küche benutzt für den Kühlschrank. Zum Glück hatten wir beide Wohnungen angemietet sonst hätten wir keine Küche gehabt. Umgebung wäre ein Traum aber es fahren ab 7 Uhr in der Früh Baufahrzeuge am Haus vorbei. Die beiden Baustellen an den angrenzenden Nachbargrundstücken sind auch nicht zu überhören der Lärm fängt in der Früh an und hört abends auf- eine absolute Zumutung! Leider wurde der Pool nicht gereinigt - wir waren 14 Tage da. Es gab auch keine Handtuch Wechsel oder es wurde uns nicht mal angeboten die Bettbezüge zu wechseln. Wir würde nicht nochmal kommen.

Großartiger Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen mit einer kleinen Einweisung in der Unterkunft. Ortschaften wie Rovinj, Porec, Pula usw sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ca. 30 bis 40 Min). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nahrungsmittel) je nach Geschmack in der nähere Umgebung. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß und Freude am Pool. Auch der Tischkicker, die Fussballtore, Tischtennisplatte und der kleinen Billardtisch wurden mit Freude der kleinen und großen Kinder genutzt. Für alle mitgereisten Personen war ausreichend Platz. Wir waren drei Familien (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder, 1 Kleinkind).

Villa in Bibici

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kinder von 2 bis 13 Jahre alt für eine Woche in der Villa. Die zwei getrennte Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Der Pool und der gemeinsame Grill und Essplatz sind absolut toll. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und riesig. Die Kinder haben gut getobt! Als negative Erfahrungen: viele Wespen und zwei schwarze Skorpione, einer davon im Haus getroffen - das war für uns als Stadtleute etwas beängstigend. Zweitens: man soll die Entfernung zum Strand nicht unterschätzen. Der Anfahrtsweg plus Suche nach dem Parkplatz kann nervig sein... Sas war uns aber schon vorher bekannt. Also zusammengefasst ein gelungener Urlaub und ein schönes Haus wofür wir uns beim Vermieter bedanken wollen.

Tolles Haus mit großem Garten

Schönes Haus mit zwei separaten Wohnungen und einem gemeinsamen großen Garten mit Pool und allem was man so braucht für den Familienurlaub (Grill, Rutsche, Schaukeln, Wippe, Trampolin, Fußballtore, Federball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Billard, Dart, Fitnessraum). Bis zu den Stränden und Rovinj oder Pula jeweils ca. halbe Std. Fahrt. Im Nachbarort ein paar Cafés und gute Pizzeria. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die "Konoba Pekici", jeweils zwei Tagesgerichte, frisch und absolut lecker! Wir sagen danke für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub!

Ein Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir wurden von der Inhaberin sehr herzlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Schinken und Käse, sowie Wein und Saft, etc. Die Villa besteht aus zwei getrennten Wohnungen, was wir als genial empfunden haben. Man ist zusammen, aber jeder hat seine Privatsphäre. Es war alles vorhanden und im einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Pool ist perfekt. Größe und Tiefe sind ideal. Der Pool wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt und geschaut ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Garten ist für Kinder einfach ein Traum. Sehr groß und alles zum Spielen vorhanden. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Super Urlaub

Die Villa ist super. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Pool ist schön groß, für Kinder und für Erwachsene sehr viel Spaß. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und mit Vermieter hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Vielen Dank für Alles!

Perfect property for relaxation

The property is beautiful, very clean and looked after. It's exactly what our family needed in order to relax and unwind for a week in Croatia. The garden and outdoor space is very large and the children loved playing there each day. The location was perfect for us with the nearest town svetvinčenat 3km away. Here you can find a few shops, bars/restaurants which even do food delivery service such as pizza. Romina is a friendly and fantastic host and made herself available for any queries such as helping with nearby supermarkets and towns to visit for shopping such as Pula. To summarise, I thoroughly recommend anyone looking to rent a villa to choose this property. 10/10 and we will definitely return.

Top. Grosszügiges Grundstück mit zwei getrennten grossen Wohnungen. Gepflegt und sauber.

Das Grundstück ist gross, ideal, um Kinder herumtollen zu lassen. Keine direkt anschliessenden Häuser, aber auch nicht komplett blickdicht. Einsehbar von zwei Seiten, oben und unten sozusagen, bei den Einfahrten. Auf dem unbebauten Nachbargrundstück hat es ein paar wenige Ziegen und die obligatorischen Hühner und Hähne hört man auch, ebenso viele tolle Vogelstimmen. Für die von irgendwo her andauernd kläffenden Hunde kann das Objekt nichts. Das Haus besteht aus 2 komplett getrennten Wohnungen was zumindest uns so nicht klar war. Eine im Erdgeschoss (sehr modern; allerdings mit leichtem Zigarettengeruch) und eine darüber, welche etwas älteren Datums ist (ohne Zigarettengeruch), gerade auch z.B. bei der Küche. Aber nicht veraltet, alles in gutem Zustand. Oben 2 komplette Bäder, 3 WC (!), unten unbekannt, wurde nicht genutzt. Ausstattung ist gut, insb. zahlreiche Duschhandtücher oder für draussen Liegenauflagen und Sitzkissen. Objekt insgesamt sauber und gepflegt. Fliegengittern an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Wir empfehlen noch welche an den Badezimmer-Fenstern sowie an der oberen vorderen Balkontür anzubringen. Denn Fliegen und Mücken hat es natürlich genug. Empfang war sehr herzlich und verlief reibungslos, ebenso die Abreise. Da weder vorher noch danach das Objekt direkt vermietet war, konnten wir einerseits bereits am Vormittag einziehen und andererseits bis weit nach Mittag am Abreisetag verweilen. Das ist sehr hilfreich. Eigentümer(vertretung) ist in der Nähe und kann sofort helfen. Bei uns fiel der Boiler aus, Fehler in der Gaszufuhr. Nach Meldung war das nach 20 Min. behoben. Top. Eine klare Empfehlung Stand 07/2020.

Empfehlenswert

Wir, (3 Generationen) hatten einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Bibici zu Pfingsten. Das großzügige Haus mit zwei komplett eingerichteten Wohnungen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt um Tagesausflüge in die bekannten Städte zu unternehmen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen dieses Anwesen mit gutem Gewissen weiter. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!!

Sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Der Urlaub war spitze! Die Unterkunft genau wie beschrieben.

Wir waren eine 10 Köpfige Viergenerationen Familie. Die Villa war sehr sauber und genau so wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung Schnaps und sehr leckeres Essen. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert und können es für Familien mit Kinder sehr weiter empfehlen. Das kleine Örtchen Svetvencinat mit Supermarkt und netten Lokalen ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke an Lucano und Romina!

Traumhafte Lage, ruhiges und großes Grundstück.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Top Ausstattung, sehr schöner Außenbereich mit tollem Grill. Super Pool, tolle ruhige Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter mit sehr nettem Empfang. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt. Man kommt mit dem Auto schnell zu den schönen Stränden. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen. (2 Familien) Ich kann abschließend nur sagen, dass ich dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde. Es war rundum alles perfekt, Danke dafür....

Top Ferienanlage nur zu empfehlen

Wir waren zum dritten Male hintereinander in Istrien im dritten Haus. Dieses Haus, groß sehr sauber und hatte auch alles was das Herz begehrt,mit ihren Besitzern sind besonders hervorzuheben aufgrund des Empfangs und Freundlichkeit. Ist man hier zu Gast macht man alles richtig! Das Dorf Bibici und seine Bewohner ebenfalls, jeder grüßte ist man sonst nicht unbedingt gewohnt. Die Hausanlage ist für einen Familienurlaub perfekt. Sehr ruhig und fast Mittig in Istrien gelegen. Die Städte Porec, Rovinji, Vrsar, Novigrad, Pula, Labin oder auch Rabac sind relativ zügig zu erreichen. Im Nachbarort Svetvincenat (3 Km) gibt es 2 Einkaufsläden wo man das nötigste für den Tagesbedarf bekommt. Ebefalls in Svetvincenat gibt es auch 2 Cafe´s; die Pizzeria Grimani (top) sehr günstig . Tips für Ausflüge: Wasser-Lagune (Wasserfall) zwischen Labin und Rabac Istralandia bei Novigrad mit den Riesenrutschen Porec und Rovinji mit den Märkten und den "Bummelgässchen" Der Strand von Vrsar mit: E-Scooter, Jet-Ski, Luftmatratzen die gezogen werden vom Jetski usw.... Strandbar mit sehr leckerem Essen, Salate, Fisch etc.. Wenn man leckeres Fleisch Essen mag dann gibt es den Konoba Tip Gradina Grill. Da bekommt man T-Bone Steaks vom Holzkohlengrill bis zu 1,5Kg
