Villa Philia by Villsy is a modern villa in Butkovići, Istria, for up to 8 guests, with a 33 m2 private swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a sliding roof and a dedicated game room with PS5, table tennis and foosball. Set on a 1,100 m2 plot, the villa offers 245 m2 of living space and is well suited to families and groups looking for plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

On the ground floor, the villa features a bright open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and ice maker. This floor also includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest toilet and laundry area.

On the upper floor, there are two further bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, air conditioning and TVs. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other has two single beds. A separate game room provides sleeping space for two additional guests on a double bed and includes air conditioning, a large TV, PS5, table tennis and foosball. The villa has four bathrooms in total.

Outside, guests have a private 33 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and garden. The summer kitchen with sliding roof provides a comfortable outdoor dining area and includes both charcoal and gas barbecue facilities. Private parking is available for up to three cars.

The nearest restaurants are in Vodnjan, 9 km from the villa, while the nearest beaches are 15 km away in Fažana, Peroj and Barbariga. Fažana lies directly opposite the Brijuni Islands.
