Local shops and restaurants in Svetvinčenat are just 5 minutes away.
The villa accommodates up to four guests and consists of a main house and a separate annexe, making it ideal for couples or small groups who value both comfort and privacy. The main house features an equpped kitchen with a small fridge and a dishwasher, a living area with sofa and TV, a double bedroom on the upper floor with sofa and a TV, and a private bathroom with shower. The annexe also features an equipped kitchen with a mid-sized fridge (no dishwasher), a double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the bedrooms and kitchens, and guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a safe.

Super entspannend, wir würden sofort wieder dahin!

Sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Da wir ein paar Stunden früher in Kroatien angekommen waren, nahmen wir Kontakt zu Kompas Villas auf. Es wurde sofort unkompliziert geklärt. Wir durften früher einchecken. Es war alles was man braucht zum Wohlfühlen da. Unsere Kinder und wir, erfreuten uns sehr am Tischtennis- und Billiardtisch. Wir durften sogar einige Sachen umstellen, da kein Licht bei den Spielmöglichkeiten waren. Das wäre die einzige Veränderung die wir dem Besitzer noch Vorschlagen würden. Jede Woche wurden uns neue Handtücher und Bettbezüge gebracht, sicherlich auf Anfrage auch öfter möglich. Da wir unsere Hündin dabei hatten, wollten wir nicht das jemand auf das Grundstück kommt ohne unser Beisein, dass wurde sehr berücksichtig. Bei jeder noch so kleinen Frage stand uns Kompas Villas beiseite und hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei Ihnen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
