The courtyards are separated by hedges and trees, so your privacy is guaranteed. The villas share two tennis courts, a basketball hoop, two playgrounds and a bowling area.



Discover Svetvinenat with the imposing Morosini-Grimani Castle in the town centre, the historic Renaissance square and the surrounding churches, which form the cultural heart of the town.
