Villa Azzurra is located in the quiet surroundings of Heraki, not far from Sv. Lovreč. The first thing that catches your eye when you see the villa is certainly the pastel yellow facade, which goes well with the pastel blue shutters. There is also a stone-clad balcony that adds texture and completes the overall impression. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed to accommodate 9 people. An added bonus is that it is pet friendly.



The villa covers 360 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a small library and a desk. There is also a Smart TV and an indoor fireplace. In front of the fireplace is a lounge area with armchairs where you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the fire. Just like in the movies. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and a large refrigerator. All rooms are air conditioned.



Of the 5 bedrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and the other 4 are on the 1st floor. The room on the ground floor has access to the ground floor terrace, while 1 of the rooms on the 1st floor has access to a balcony with a lounge area. Some rooms have double beds, while others have single beds. 1 room is for children and you will find various toys for your little ones. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers and all the comforts you need to feel at home. All bathrooms (4) are equipped with towels and toiletries.



An oasis of peace and tranquility awaits you in the courtyard of the villa. Next to the 60m² swimming pool, there are sun loungers where you can sunbathe while reading your favorite book, and when the sun gets too strong, you can move to one of the lounge areas in the shade. In addition to the outdoor dining area on the terrace of the villa, there is also a gathering spot in a separate building in the courtyard. There is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue - and what more do you need? The yard is big enough for children to play and your pets can run around with them.
