The luxurious Villa Damian is located in the peaceful settlement of Medvidići, near Sveti Lovreč, in the western part of Istria. It offers a great vacation for 12 people, and it boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an interior space of 225 square metres. You can bask in the stunning views of Istria's scenic countryside from the beautiful outdoor swimming pool or jacuzzi. With a summer kitchen, a barbecue, or the services of a personal chef, you can unwind in the company of your loved ones. With its beautifully decorated interior and spacious fenced garden, villa Damian is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway from city life.



The ground floor features a bright and open living space including a living room, kitchen and dining room. The space is illuminated by large glass walls leading out to the terrace and pool with stunning garden views. The modern furniture and simple decor highlight the sophisticated style, while the neutral colours add warmth to the space. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen is also modern, fully equipped, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen island is ideal for preparing breakfast and the large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together. Additionally, a baby chair is provided for the youngest family member.



The bedrooms are arranged with 3 rooms on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each room comes with air conditioning and a TV for maximum comfort. All rooms have double beds, except for one which has 2 single beds. The rooms are decorated in neutral colours and white, which, along with the minimalist modern furniture, provide an ideal atmosphere for relaxation at the end of the day. From the first floor you can enjoy the sunset in privacy - 2 rooms have their own balconies. The villa comprises five bedrooms, each with its private en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and soothing grey and white decor. All six bathrooms in the villa are also equipped with a hairdryer.



The 702 m² garden is enclosed on all sides by hedges and offers a beautiful view of the Istrian countryside. The 60 m² swimming pool, which can be accessed by stairs, offers refreshment at any time of the day. An outdoor shower is also available. The sunbathing area by the pool is the ideal place to relax with a good summer read. If you would like to unwind in another spot, you could try the covered wellness area with a jacuzzi, where you can also enjoy a beautiful view. In a similarly charming setting, you can enjoy spending time with loved ones on the covered terrace, which has a large table for 10 people, a fully equipped summer kitchen and a gas barbecue. For the ultimate in luxury during your stay at the refined Villa Damian, catering services from a private chef are available at an additional cost.



While staying at Villa Damian, we suggest you discover the beautiful natural and cultural treasures that lie in the west of Istrian peninsula. In the immediate vicinity of the villa is the town of Sveti Lovreč, which will enchant you with one of the best preserved medieval old centres in Istria and small churches with conserved frescoes, such as the Basilica of St. Martin with frescoes from the 11th century. From the villa, a 10-minute drive will take you to one of the viewpoints overlooking the Lim Channel, where you can admire the incredible view of this 12-kilometre-long bay. If you are touring the west coast of Istria, make a stop at the coastal towns of Poreč and Rovinj, or if you just fancy a relaxing day on the beach, head to the charming town of Vrsar.
