화성행궁 근처라 관광지나 치킨 집들로의 이동은 도보가 가능해 관광적인면은 매우 좋았습니다. 그렇지만 객실은 생각보다 협소하고 에어컨도 용랑이 딸려 선풍기를 추가 주문해야 했습니다. 수압도 센편이 아니어서 조금은 불만족이었답니다. 그러나 요금대비 참을만은 했어요. 주차장은 대만족.

에어컨 용량이 작아서 처음에 엄청 더웠습니다. 자기전에 덥다보니 낮은온도로 해 놓았더니 아침에 온몸이 으슬으슬 하더라고요.. 이것말고는 별다른 불편한 점이 없었습니다!

隣の部屋の人の声が、すごくうるさくて寝られなかったが、2日目は帰られたのか静かでゆっくりできました。お掃除もキレイにしてくれていてタオルの交換もあり良かったです。

近くにバス停があるのでバスに抵抗がない方は便利かと思います。タクシーは見つかりにくいのでアプリなどであらかじめ呼び出しておくことをお勧めします。スタッフの方は、日本語が話せませんでしたが、英語で色々と対応してくださったのでありがたかったです。部屋も清潔で、1人にしては十分すぎるくらい綺麗でした。

従業員の方は親切で、美味しい食堂を教えてくれたり、朝早くからコールタクシーを手配して下さったりしました。バスルームに置いてあるタオルが、濡れているのかと思うほど湿っていて、交換を頼んだのに結局自然乾燥されていて、それが残念でした。

에어콘에서 기괴한 소리가 나서 잠 못자고 새벽에 퇴실. 프런터 대응도 최악.

작년(2017년) 봄에 숙박했을 때 괜찮았던 기억이 있어서 올해도 숙박을 하였습니다. 교통도 좋고 화성행궁도 가깝습니다. 그런데 이번에는 최악이었습니다. 방에 에어콘을 켰는데, 10-15분마다 한번씩 '따다다닥 쾅쾅 쭈욱'하는 기괴한 소리가 어이가 없을 정도로 크게 났습니다. 자세히 보니 에어콘에 붙어 있는 자그마한 플라스틱 상자에서 나는 소리 같았는데 뭔가 기계적인 결함이 있는 것 같았습니다. 당연히 프런트에서는 해결할 수 없는 문제였고, 그래서 방이라도 바꿔달라고 했으나 예약이 꽉 차서 남은 방이 없다는 답만 받았습니다. 그냥 견디고 잠을 청하려 했으나, 기괴한 소리가 정말 깜짝 놀랄 정도로 크게 나서 (그것도 10-15분 마다 한번씩) 초등학생 아이나 저나 도저히 잠이 들 수가 없었습니다. 그래서 자정이 좀 넘은 시간에 결국 퇴실을 하려고 했는데, 주차장에 주차해 놓은 제 차 앞에 다른 차를 주차시켜 놓아서 차를 뺄 수도 없었습니다. 주차장이 협소해서 다른 손님 차를 거기에다가 주차하도록 유도한 것 같았습니다. 프런트에 이야기를 해서 또 15분 이상 기다려야 했습니다. 프런트에 계신 분은 비교적 친절했으나, 말만 번지르르할 뿐 어떠한 해결책도 제시해주지 않았고 저희 가족이 밤 12시30분쯤 짐 다 챙겨서 나가려고 나오자 그제서야 '예약 취소된 방이 있으니 그리로 이동하시면 어떠냐'라고 했습니다. 일단 다른 방에서도 에어콘에서 그런 소리가 날지 안 날지 몰라서 다른 방에서 조차 숙박하고 싶지 않았고, 게다가 오후에 방 옮겨 달라고 했을 때는 거절했고 외출했다가 밤 9시 넘어서 들어올 때도 '에어콘 소리는 우리가 고칠 수 없다. 미안하다'라고 하면서 방 옮겨주겠다는 제안은 하지도 않다가, 밤 12시 30분쯤 짐 싸들고 나가려고 프런트로 내려오니 그제서야 '예약 취소된 방이 있으니 옮겨주겠다'고 하는 것도 전혀 믿음직스럽지 않았습니다. 그래서 밤길 운전 한참해서 집으로 돌아왔습니다. 작년에 기억이 좋아서 올해에도 예약했는데, 다시는 가지 않을 생각입니다. 에어콘 소리도 소리지만, 어차피 못 고칠 것 알았을텐데 귀찮다고 방 안바꿔주지 말고 처음부터 성의있게 대응하지 않았던 점이 정말 맘에 안듭니다.

シャワーが壊れてました

シャワーヘッドとホースをつなぐ部品が真っ二つに割れていて、夜中に修理することに。移動で疲れた夜、早くシャワーを浴びて寝たかったのに大変だった。

Amazing stay

水原華城、ポンヨカルビがすぐそこのビジネスホテル　広くはないけど、快適でした。オンドル、電気敷マット？(ベッドのシーツの下に敷いてあるやつ)もあり、暖かく過ごせました。シャワーしかないので、バスタブ派の方には、おすすめできません。お隣にはコンビニもありました。
