Nous avons voyagé à 3, un surplus a été payé lors de la réservation mais sur place, la réceptionniste très aigris, nous a demandé de re payé le surplus, je lui ai montré ma réservation papier et le surplus que j'avais déjà payé, elle ne voulait rien comprendre et rien regarder, elle voulait juste qu'on paye... Au bout de 2 minutes j'ai laissé tombé et payé...
