Honestly a very nice hotel. It is a love hotel but we were in a quite block and had our own sauna, very close to Suwon station so no complaints my end. Great price too

All in all very good!

Everything was clean and nice! The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. The only problem was that the whirlpool didn’t seem to work.

3泊と4泊したが、アメニティはそれぞれ1個しか貰えなく、追加で要求したが断られた。 部屋の照明は薄暗く、窓はあるがシェードで覆われていて窓の意味を成していない。 天井のエアコン送風口から水がポタポタ落ちてくる。 ゴキブリが出た。 電子レンジが壊れていた。 駅前にもっと綺麗で安いホテルがあったので、そちらに移動した。

快適な滞在

到着が1時半でしたが、チェックインOKとの事で入室させてもらえました。 TVの点け方がわからなかったのですが お兄さんが部屋に来て下さり、リモコンの操作方法を丁寧に教えて下さいました。 廊下には、電子レンジやコーヒー、ケトル、紙コップ等も有りました。 シーツ等はパリッと糊付けしてあり気持ちよく利用できました。

良くない点 １、頂いたアメニティの歯ブラシが開封されていた。※なぜかコン○ームが入っていた ２、チェックインして部屋に荷物を置いた後、スリッパを散らかしたまま出かけたのに、帰ってきたらスリッパが元通りにスリッパ置き場に置かれていた。(清掃スタッフさんが部屋に入った？) 良かった点 １、スタッフさんが親切(日本語通じます) ２、部屋がとにかく広い(バスタブもあるし、トイレとシャワーが仕切られていた) ３、持参したヘアアイロンの変圧器を借りたいと申したところ、アイロンごと貸してくれました。(こんなホテル初めてで感動しました) また水原に行きたいと思っているので その際はまた泊まります！ ありがとうございました！

아주 기쁜마음으로 방문하여 아주 나쁜마음으로 퇴실합니다

일단 컨시어지팀장으로 근무한 경력이있고 객실수 100여개정도의 작은 모텔급호텔에서도 몇년 근무한적 있습니다(대충 굴러가는 구조 잘 안다는얘기) 첫째, 굳이 안해도 될말을해서 묵는내내 기분상해있게했음 (3주전에 예약했고 특정룸타입지정 요청사항 <룸업글요청도아니고 그냥 동일등급룸 구조타입지정부탁> 이 불쾌하거나 무리가있었다면 차라리 미리 연락을 했으면 방문목적인 추억팔이를 할수없으므로 묵지않았을것. 요청사항을 들어주면서 굳이 불쾌한티를내며 생색낸것은 매우 아쉬운대처. 대실을 굴리든 뭘하든 체크인시간 지났다면 나에게 공급할 로열룸은 한개 공실을 남겨놨어야됨. 객실에 누수든 파손이든 치명적 문제가 생긴것 아닌이상 요청타입을 굳이 대실굴리며 남겨주지않을 이유는없음. 고로 이것으로 생색내는건 얼굴에 침뱉기.) 둘째, 연박인데 룸청소 희망여부에대해 체크하지않음 (그냥 기본중의 기본이라 생각하므로 첨언하지않겠음. 일부러 외출할때 외출한다고 말도했음) 셋째, 객실내 시트커버가 불에 타 구멍이 나있었음 (이미 첫째사건으로 기분상한상태였고 시트교체할동안 어쩌고 룸변경이고어쩌고 할것같으니 그냥 그대로 수건올려두고 사용함) 이건 진짜 어이가없는게 베팅하면서 모를수가없는위치였음 청소팀 외국인근무중이면 원래 말도 잘 안듣고 베팅 대충하는거 잘알고있는데 근데..객실 컨디션체크 안하십니까?? 원래 점검 안도십니까??? 여전히 부모님은 근교에 지내시고 전 회사동기나 친구들때문에 왕래가 있는편인데 두번 다신 명작에 묵진않을듯합니다 이글을 읽고 예 오지마세요~ 라고 하는 20대초년생 알바마인드 말고, 부디 발전에 양분을 삼으시길
