Magnificent villa with breathtaking views!

The villa hosts 7 bedrooms (three master bedrooms and one with fireplace!), 6 full bathrooms (4 with heated floors!) and a powder room. A huge chefs dream kitchen, large dining room, formal living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, work out area, indoor heated pool, heart shaped lake for swimming/fishing, two large deck areas for relaxing/entertaining, fire-pit and plenty of trails to explore! Sorry, no weddings, big parties or wedding receptions.

For those who love horses, we have many on site! We no longer provide riding lessons as the horses on site are professional show jumpers. However guests are more than welcome to come visit and pet the horses with an appointment only. We do have a pony suitable for younger children, this is provided at an additional cost.

We have an in house massage therapist! Please book prior to your arrival as she is a very busy lady!
Villa is nestled privately on a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle! Magnificent views!
We have a babysitter available upon request. 
Wifi is capped at 2G a day. Fee of $2 per G for overage. Not unlimited wifi.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. VRBO Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
The villa is a completely non smoking house. No food or drink allowed in the pool area.

*** Furniture may change from what you see in the pictures. Depending on the season and condition of furniture we do our best to assure everything is near perfect for your stay. However things do break and our job is to replace things as quickly as possible. Some furniture has been moved around or replaced from what you see in the pictures. ***
*** The bed frames have all been changed in 2021, as well as the main living room sofas, the big dining room has new tables, the small dining room has a new table and a new poker table in the basement***

*** This is still a house located in the country! Which means we are surrounded by forests, lakes, trees and mountains. If you do not like the country side, this may not be the house for you. There is wildlife and bugs, as well as puddles and mud in wet weather. In the warmer months there are the occasional ladybugs and flies etc.. again this is a farm***

***This is a chalet rental, there are no concierge services included. We have fireplaces and firepits, the wood is included but we do not prepare it***
