3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new plantation shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there are 3 assigned undercover parking spaces for the condo, That kind of parking is hard to come by! Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping.
