Great location

The highly recommneded Crossroads restaurant is just around the corner. Breakfasr very very basic but ok. Unfriendly front desk staff just sat on their chairs and no welcome at all but heh this is the new norm i guess Guest rooms great !! TV no English channels if they is important to you.

nice location for simple walk into town. Reception staff had very limited english and were not helpful when asked questions about where places to eat in town were. Also did not do map of area so were left to own devices to find our way around.

Previously I really liked this hotel and this was my 3rd stay here. However during my recent stay I was very disappointed that the check in staff wanted to charge me an additional 100 baht per night for 2 extra pillows ( only 2 are provided in the rooms ) It is not the cost that upset me it is the lack of genuine hospitality shown to the customer.

Friendly staff, great recommendation for dinner that night at a nearby restaurant on the river which we loved. Very clean and tidy hotel. Staff seemed invested in us having a god stay.

I really like this hotel because of its cleanness and great services of all staff members. It is also located in the area of central city, so it is easy to travel from the hotel to anywhere. However, the quality of breakfast should be a little improved.

Nice newer hotel

Bus from the airport was able to drop us off just on the other side of the bridge. So it was not a long walk to the hotel. It is a little bit out of town. There are plenty of food stands and a convenience store around the hotel. The hotel is relatively new and kept very clean. The only suggestion I have is that they get some more lounges and chairs for around the pool. There were only two of each. And those were occupied most of the time.
