Nicely decorated and fully equipped, The Pour House is a great choice for those who enjoy dining, relaxing, and entertaining on the water. Beach access is a short walk away. Catch beautiful morning sunrises overlooking the canal while relaxing on your screened deck. Enjoy quality family time and peace of mind while watching your children or pet play in the fenced backyard. This lovely, cozy home has four comfortable bedrooms; all bedrooms have shared bathroom access. The spacious garage features a seating area for lounging and entertaining. Short walk to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. Had mostly everything you needed and it was a super short walk down the road and across the street to the public beach access. Very convenient with having a two year old and infant. It’s also a short drive to a few restaurants and local coffee shop which was nice! We would stay here again!

Everything was great , the beds were uncomfortable for everyone. Some were like laying on box springs. Some foam mattresses off amazon for 150 each would fix every bed. Loved the house and location , thank you for having us.

Lovely Place!

Overall the place was great! We really enjoyed the location of the house and the cleanliness that it had. There were only a few things that we had noticed within the house that could use a few updates and fixes. But overall we were very pleased with our stay, and are looking to book this place again for next year!

Best Getaway

This was the cleanest, coziest, and spacious beach house for my family and I. We loved the Owenly Place To Be! The views from the porch, especially on the swing are just stunning. This was our first ever time in Holden Beach and the beauty and QUIET is exactly what we needed. Forced us to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean horizon. We were accommodated so well and everything was just perfect. So thankful for such a cozy stay. We hope to be back one day!

Old, outdated and unsafe

This property has not been undated in decades. The couch is very dirty. We put down towels before we sat on it. The cabinets had grime and dirt on the area where you open it. I spent time scrubbing lots of dirt off of it. The top bunk doesn’t have rails making it unsafe for kids to use. The toilet grumbled every time it was flushed, the master bathroom shower head doesn’t attach to the holder it’s just a hanging hose. The wood on the deck and walkway was really bad and splintering. It’s a cozy fun layout but very old and outdated. The location is the best thing about the whole property it’s so close to the beach. Check in was terrible. Our key was not waiting for us and no one was available to come and remedy the issue of not being able to check in. We waited in the heat for 2 hours before someone came to get us the keys. We have never rented anything with vacasa which is the group who managed this property and I was very unimpressed. The woman (who was the 4th person I spoke with after calling 4 times) said I would be compensated for our stress and would hear something via email the next day and I haven’t heard anything. Bummer. I would not recommend this house.
