The best of vacations is waiting for you in this gracious oceanfront home (2K, 3Q, 2T). Enjoy three covered porches and an ocean sun deck. This Hobbs Smart Home is a beautifully decorated, open floor plan with all standard amenities and many extras, including a wet bar, freestanding icemaker, and flat-screen TVs.

There is a cargo lift for guests to use to transport luggage and groceries. This lift is not designed to carry people. Please read and follow all posted instructions.

The owner has opted to use decorative bedding for your stay. These items belong to the owner, not to the linen company. Decorative spreads and shams are not laundered after each use. Please do not place decorative bedding items in the linen bags for pickup, as guests will be held responsible for missing items.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Please be aware that although this is not a dog-friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to their property. Guests with animal allergies may want to consider an alternate home.
