Our first time ever staying at the Hampton Inn and it was excellent. A clean and seemingly well kept establishment. The rooms are functional. Great tv options not cable. Friendly staff. Our stay was a simple overnight and we were not in the room the whole time, but we will definitely return as we appreciated that it is more affordable and did not sacrifice quality.

The room looked really nice, but it wasn't cleaned very well. The toilet seat was yucky underneath. There were strands of hair in various places, like on the bed and on the bathtub facet.

The room was clean but the beds were not Hampton Inn quality! The bases were hollow metal and popped and cracked really loud every time someone rolled over keeping each other up all night! Have stayed at many Hampton Inns in the past and never had this issue! We always look forward to the cozy comfy beds, but now we are disappointed! We will probably never stay at another one again just for this reason! The kicker.. there was a brand new Holiday Inn right next door that we could have stayed in, but who knew! Now we are exhausted from no sleep from uncomfortable beds and glad to be home!

This was a very nice hotel. Clean, good breakfast (different main options all three mornings we were there), friendly staff, and the rooms had darkening shades that were awesome. Definitely recommend unless you need to be within walking distance to stores and many restaurants. Great place!

The hotel itself was fine- clean, comfortable. Check in staff made me feel like second rate citizen because we were booked through Expedia. No you can’t be on first floor not in your room plan; our room was adjacent to the elevator hub so we could hear it whenever it was used. No glassware except coffee cups - not good for a glass of wine. Basic towels two each

Parking was convenient. At 3pm check-in, the front desk staff member (her badge read “The Debster”) informed me that my room wasn’t ready and promised to call my cell phone once it was available. After waiting without receiving a call, I returned to the front desk at 3:30pm only to discover my room had been ready with no notification. During check-out on Thursday morning (7:00-7:30am), I found the same staff member smoking with two colleagues directly by the main entrance. I had to interrupt their break to request assistance with check-out and obtaining a printed receipt (which she was unable to provide since “the room was booked via a 3rd party”. My dog-friendly room contained dog treats left under the desk by previous guests. Fortunately, I noticed them before my dog could access them, as my dog has food allergies.
