Nice newer hotel in downtown Superior. Ample/easy parking, seemed like a safe area and easy to walk to bars, restaurants, etc. Hotel was clean, in nice shape. One thing is that we were not informed when checking that daily cleaning doesn't happen unless requested, so surprised when came home late the first day and no new towels, etc. Front desk resolved. Also had planned for dinner in the attached steakhouse, which closed unexpectedly due to staff illness. Know they can't control for, but a bit of a disappointment. Breakfasts in the morning were so/so. Not bad for free but have had better and more variety at other places. Bottom line would stay again for the value and location.
