The Space:
Designed for easy living, the home unfolds across two spacious levels. Downstairs, a relaxed second living area with a sofa, smart TV and air conditioning looks out toward the pool, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day at the beach. A handy kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge makes it easy to prepare poolside drinks and snacks, while sliding glass doors open directly to the outdoor entertaining area where the resort-style pool sits among lush greenery.
Upstairs, the heart of the home is bright and open, bringing together the kitchen, dining and lounge in a breezy open-plan layout. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous bench space for preparing meals, while the dining table invites everyone to gather together. The adjoining lounge with smart TV is perfect for relaxed evenings indoors. Step out onto the expansive upper deck to enjoy outdoor lounge seating and leafy views over the pool below. There’s no need to drive anywhere! The closest beach (Kings Beach) is 700m away (4-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing, swimming, or paddle boarding.
