Unit 424 is a stylish accommodation suite that evokes relaxation and/or holiday adventures with fantastic amenities and your own private spa bath to enjoy. This apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 x Queen bed, inclusive of the personal linen. There is 1 bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and spa bath. In the living area there is a smart Hdtv and a pullout sofa bed (linen not supplied for soda bed and would be an additional cost to hire linen), ducted air-conditioning throughout the unit with kitchen including a microwave, small fridge with freezer, a two plate stove top. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine tub & dryer in the laundry for your convenience.

The Pelican Waters Resort offers two pools (heated infinity pool and lap pool) well equipped gym, two full size flood lit flex-pave tennis courts for those guests who are keen on exercise or just want to enjoy the gardens and water features. All Resort facilities are for your use and enjoyment during your stay, however the Fitness Centre has a weekly access fee. You will also have access to the secure basement car park, free Wi-Fi & Netflix during your stay.
