Parking is hassle-free with secure garage space for one car (2-metre clearance), plus additional free parking available in the lot opposite the building.

The apartment is well-equipped to ensure a relaxing stay. The kitchen includes a microwave, De’Longhi pod coffee machine, oven, cooktop, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, plates, and cutlery. The bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet, with added convenience of a washer, dryer, ironing board, and clothes drying rack.
