The Space:

As you step into the apartment, the stunning ocean views immediately captivate your attention. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area seamlessly merges with the balcony, offering a perfect spot to soak the scenery and sea breezes on the outdoor sofa. The living area is complete with two plush sofas, smart TV and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking away from home - fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.



Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom):

The light and bright, the main bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, an air-conditioning unit, wardrobe space and glass sliding doors that open to the balcony.



Bathroom 1:

Functional and compact, the bathroom is fitted with a combination shower/bath, vanity and separate toilet.



Bedroom 2:

Furnished with two single beds, an air-conditioning unit and a wardrobe cupboard.



Laundry:

The laundry features a front loader washing machine, dryer and a sink.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment on the 3rd level, along with 1 garage space and access to the complex pool and BBQ. Please note there is no lift at the complex.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is just a short 700m stroll along the coastal path to the beautiful patrolled Mooloolaba Beach. You’ll also find plenty to enjoy within easy walking distance, including cosy cafes, great restaurants, the local surf club, and Coles for all your essentials. With parks, playgrounds, and scenic headland walking tracks nearby, it’s the perfect spot to relax and explore on your getaway.

- The Wharf Mooloolaba is a 5 minute drive away

- Maroochydore airport is a 10-15 minute drive

- Sunshine Plaza shopping centre is a 10 minute drive

- Kawana shopping world and cinema is a 10 minute drive

- Point Cartwright lighthouse and scenic walking is a 15 minute drive

- Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive

- Brisbane airport is a 90-120 minute drive

- Australia Zoo is a 30 minute drive

- SCUH Public Hospital is 10 minute drive



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 100m walk to Mooloolaba Esp at Meta Street bus stop where the bus can be caught northbound (Maroochydore) and southbound (Kawana, Caloundra).



Other Things to Note:

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
