The Space:

Welcome to this unique hillside retreat in Coolum Beach, where 70s character meets laid-back coastal living. Enter at street level via the carport into the upper floor, where high ceilings, rustic timber features, and warm wood finishes create a welcoming treetop atmosphere.



The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto a balcony with ocean glimpses through the trees. Relax on the plush sofa by the fireplace in winter, enjoy air-conditioned comfort in summer, or unwind with your favourite shows on the smart TV. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for shared meals, while the dining area offers seating for family-style gatherings.



Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms and the main bathroom, offering privacy and comfort on the main living level.



Head downstairs via the internal staircase to discover a spacious rumpus room and kids retreat, complete with a pool table and seating area. Sliding doors open to the outdoor entertaining zone, where the magnesium swimming pool, heated spa, and fire pit are nestled among leafy surrounds — perfect for long afternoons and evenings under the stars. The lower level also includes two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a convenient combined laundry and kitchenette area.



Upstairs

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): A private retreat featuring a king bed, air conditioning, portable fan, wardrobe storage, and a louvred door opening onto the upstairs balcony with garden views and ocean glimpses.



Bedroom 2: A cosy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning, portable fan, wardrobe cupboard, and screened windows capturing glimpses of the ocean.



Bedroom 3: Furnished with a plush queen bed, air conditioning, portable fan, and wardrobe storage.



Bathroom 1 (Main Bathroom): Modern and well-appointed, featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet.



Downstairs

Bedroom 4: Overlooking the garden, pool, and spa area, this peaceful bedroom includes a queen bed, air conditioning, portable fan, and wardrobe cupboard.



Bedroom 5: The final bedroom features a queen bed, air conditioning, and portable fan.



Bathroom 2: Complete with a large spa bath, shower, vanity, and toilet.



Rumpus Room / Kids Retreat: A fun and flexible space featuring a pool table, stool seating, and glass sliding doors that open directly to the pool and spa area — perfect for entertaining kids and teens.



Laundry / Kitchenette: Conveniently located downstairs, this combined space includes a washing machine, sink, and mini fridge for added practicality during longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park two cars in the double carport and two cars on the driveway.

Nestled on a quiet one way street in the Coolum Beach hills, this holiday home is just a five-minute drive from Coolum Beach, where you'll find an array of restaurants, cafes, a surf club, boutiques, skate park and a beautiful patrolled beach. Additionally, it's only a six-minute drive to Mount Coolum, where you can hike up the mountain and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast.

Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast at your own pace.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
