We’ve stayed at The Caribbean many times, and always have a wonderful stay. It’s very central to everything in Mooloolaba, right next to the beach and the esplanade, and has great facilities. The Management and Staff are always wonderful, very accommodating and friendly. Thanks again for a great time, and we’ll no doubt be back again soon 😊

Pretty disappointed. We got a top floor premium room with a rooftop spa. The building was undergoing renovations and the painters set up in our rooftop area making it unusable for the first 3 days, there were other similar rooms that were vacant they could have used, we’d open the curtains and they’d be on our balcony, games room, main pool etc closed for Reno’s. On our last night there we had a not slipped under our door stating there was a triathlon on the following day and we’d Need to move our car to paid car park down the road or we wouldn’t be able to exit upon checkout. This meant not only paying for parking but have to move a weeks worth of luggage 2 blocks away when we left. If any of this was mentioned previously we would not have stayed here. Really disappointed

We had issues with our late check-in, the after hours service failed to answer us! We were fortunate someone came in & alerted the managers. The property is a little dated but weather permitting the pool area is good. Supermarket nearby along with a very easy walk to the Esplanade, great location.

The apartment is spacious, enough space for me and my partner to do our own thing while on holidays. The heated spa is our favourite since we were there to escape winter in Victoria. The game room was also fun. Since there will be no room service, we washed our towels ourselves. No issue since the washing machine and dryer works well. It is located near the beach and mall. Plenty of resto to choose from. There was an on-going renovation during our stay so there were a few workers in the day. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
