Step into the history of Ville Platte and the Louisiana prairie in the Garand Suite, a first-floor accommodation honoring one of the community's earliest pioneers and founders, Marcellin Garand. Garand is remembered not only as a founder of Ville Platte, but also for helping bring a distinctive French cultural heritage to the Louisiana prairie.

The Garand Suite offers guests a comfortable place to experience a little of that history. The suite features a cozy queen-size bed, a private bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and a comfortable seating area. Guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a television, and a homemade breakfast prepared especially for our overnight guests.

Guests also have access to a shared living area featuring comfortable seating and a television, as well as a shared breakfast kitchen where daily homemade breakfast is served.

While our guest suites are designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience, we encourage guests to inquire about our event calendar prior to booking if they have concerns about activity levels during their stay.

Additionally, BeauBassin Farm & Gardens is a popular destination for professional photography sessions. Photographers and their clients may be utilizing the gardens and grounds for scheduled photo shoots during your visit.
