This luxury home conveniently offers an elevator that services all floors, allowing easy access to all its amenities, including a private pool, outdoor bar, and outdoor shower, which are ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Inside, this home offers two common areas, starting with the den on the first floor, which includes a pool table, a sleeper sofa, and a wet bar, giving your group plenty of space to relax and play. Each bedroom and living space is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment for everyone. Upstairs, the second living space also includes a wet bar and allows more room to relax and unwind after a day at the beach, and the spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking family meals! First Floor-
Room 1: King- shares full bath with Bunk Room
Room 2: Twin/Full Bunk with Twin Trundle- shares full bath with King
Room 3: Queen, Queen with Ensuite
The den area includes a Queen Sofa Bed and half bath.

Second Floor-
Room 4: King with Ensuite
Half bath also located on 2nd floor

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of 12th st, approximately a 10 minute walk. Just come out the house and take a right onto 17th st, then a left on N shore dr. Follow until the end then take a right onto Canal dr followed by a left onto 12th st.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
