The room was very much neglected. There was a cockroach in my room. But the staff was nice and they moved me to another room. There is no microwave to heat my coffee.

Pictures show a fridge and microwave. None there. They took them out of the rooms due to cockroachs. The other issue was no hot water. Cold showers suck. The shower drain was so slow a two minute shower took 20 minutes to drain. Water pressure in the sink was a trickle.
