The room was average but the heater/thermostat didn’t work so the temperature was a cold 60 degrees. The bed didn’t have a comforter. And the closet didn’t have a blanket. We asked the front desk receptionist for a blanket and reported the issue. She noted that the heater is weak. We also didn’t get a WiFi password. It wasn’t printed on the keycard envelope. Lastly the hot tub wasn’t working. Won’t be going back there.

check in: system down, receptionist could not process safety deposit. Would not give me a room unless I agree to come to front desk one hour later (after 10 pm). First room key provided was wrong since the room was occupied. Second room provided to me and while I was half way into unpacking, she asked me to change room. The last and final 3rd room has a bath room with shower head not working. Overall experience of the stay is very poor.

Our room 119 had bed bugs. In the rush of moving to another room, some of our items were left in the previous room and when we asked for them in the morning, they were no longer in that room and no one knew where they were. Also wasn’t able to credit us anything to our card because they said we’d have to wait till a weekday and contact a manger then.
