The service is great. One in the bathroom the fan is not working. One of the beds every time you move make a lot noise. Other thing is the next room they make a lot noise like someone was trying open a door with a hammer.

The room next to us was loud and young daughter couldn’t sleep. I called front desk to complain at 12:30am and they said they would go over there. At 1am they were still loud. We have been staying at this hotel and now I don’t know that I would go back.

For Biz traveler, a comfortable bed, a clean room, and great shower are key consideration. It was a 4 out of 5 stars. Room cleaning and changing towels every other day... not a big deal. did not use any other facilities at all. checked in at 3:30 am, slept for a few hours the 1st night, and went out. the 2nd night was only slept and shower. nothing much.
