Clean room, nice staff, playground behind hotel, fantastic free breakfast with fancy beverage dispenser and even pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and bagels. Beds we're very comfortable and parking was free. Short walk to train to go to Levi stadium. Loved our stay we'll be back!

I had an EXTREMELY bad experience with the room information/photos and the front desk after checking in. Standard rooms only have standing showers. No photos of these standing showers are shown on hotels.com. the only tub/shower combo available is in a "deluxe" room. The whirlpool tub is old and dilapidated btw. After checking in, I immediately called the front desk and advised that I did not book a room with a standing shower. I was told to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com called the property with me on the line. The front desk hung up on them. The communication from the front desk was so bad, hotels.com offered to start looking for replacement accommodations for me. I had to call the front desk twice and was then offered to "upgrade" for $15 per night and was told how would I know that the room only included a stand in shower. This whole back and forth took 1.5 hours to resolve. This was something that should have been resolved in 5 minutes. The lack of customer care and conflict resolution makes me sure I will not return. Comfy bed, ok furnishings, ok water pressure. The tub was FILLED with random hair

the staff welcomed me and were very friendly. The room was great with a balcony. A very cool place to stay and I will stay here again. The breakfast was very good with WAFFLES!!
