The hotel and room were beautiful and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby and close enough to the highways to go to other places. Things to be aware of if you're booking here - parking is paid @ $21 a day, no room service, but there is call ahead ordering and pick up at the lobby restaurant, they also have a little store to buy foods, but you need to microwave it in the lobby since there's no microwave in the room. Also ladies, if you do make-up there is no magnifying mirror. They spent time adding floor lighting under the desk, bench and bathroom vanity, but the lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best. The lack of carpeting in the room (which I actually don't mind) meant that we could hear every step the child above us was making marching throughout our stay. (We didn't complain, but it was very noticeable.) Overall it was still a pleasant stay. I

I booked and paid for a room for 4 people, yet the room was prepared as if it were for only two. We received just two sets of towels and one bar of soap, even though I paid extra for additional guests. We checked in late with only three people, but even then the room was noticeably under-prepared. I had also requested a higher-floor room, but the front desk dismissively told me, “that’s what we have for the room you booked,” which felt unhelpful and condescending. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I usually see my name on the TV welcome screen after providing my membership number to the frontdesk. Instead, the screen displayed someone else’s name, and when I brought this up, the front desk brushed it off and blamed it on the fact that I booked through Expedia. This is frustrating because I’ve booked Marriott stays through your website before and my Bonvoy information was honored without any issue. To make matters worse, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, the fridge still had two half-drunk water bottles alongside two new ones, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand and price. Overall, I expected much better. I paid more for 4 guests, yet the room setup, cleanliness, and attitude from the staff (frontdesk people), did not reflect what I paid for, nor the standards I associate with Marriott.

I was never told about a $21.00 per night parking fee. We booked this through Expedia so I had no reason to believe there were additional fees. The hotel representative asked me for a credit card and said it would only be used for incidentals/damage to room. But that was a lie! First there was a $60 charge pending the first night, then it changed and It was now $100 And it wasn’t until after we checked out and were on our way home that I saw the $63.00 charge. When I called to ask about the charge, and explained the misunderstanding and poor communication they refused to do anything, refused to acknowledge the errors made.

New and modern

Hotel is new with modern styling and quality bathroom fixtures. Will definitely return. Only minor gripes is the beds are a little soft and the wine selection at the bar is pretty weak
