The location is the obvious biggest thing, but also the staff are just lovely. The kitchenette in the room mat we didn’t have to eat out all the time and I could make some simple familiar foods for my kid.

Close and varied dining options. Ski lift 50 meters from ski locker. Exceptional staff. Ski locks provided free of charge was a nice touch.

Staff always so great . Loved the ski in/out room on the first floor . Kitchen supplies were lacking but made do . Underground parking is tight but nice to have warm dry vehicle to get into . Had a wonderful dinner at bottoms and overall a great weekend .

If you were here to ski, then you couldn’t ask for a better location. Rooms are nice size and the one I had had a small kitchenette which we didn’t use much but was very nice to have. The pub in the hotel was excellent and very lively. A good menu. The hot tub was nice and large enough for the guests that seemed to use it nightly. Some suggestions for improvement or get the keys to the doors fixed I constantly had to get my key replaced or how to do the lit around. Also, I found twice that when I was at the front desk, it was a male desk attendant, who is basically on the phone talking with friends while I stood there. That’s not good service. But overall, this place is next location and I would certainly stay here again.

The hot tub was cold and the rooms do not get cleaned unless you are staying for four days. When we requested the room to be cleaned, the front desk staff was rude. The location is wonderful but I am disappointed at these two things that affected our vacation.

We stayed on the third floor. The room was too hot, even with the window open. The water pressure on the bathroom sink needs to be turned down. Force on full on ends up on your body.

Always a great time staying at the Sundance. Unfortunately we did have loud neighbours next door, but no fault of the hotel. Room was clean and love that we can bring our dog.

Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. We were lucky to get a pet friendly room with a mountain view. My only wish is that underground parking could be controlled with a reserved parking number. We were not able to leave the property to visit family during the day with the car because of the fear we would lose parking each time we left the building. Even though we paid for parking! Parking is important to when travelling with a parent was limited mobility. We had other people end up, picking us up from the hotel and driving us back-and-forth, which was inconvenient.

The hotel has the perfect location, right at the slopes and a short walking distance to all restaurants, rentals and shops. The kitchenette in our room was well equipped and toiletries were of good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful during the Christmas holiday. The only feedback I have is that our room and facilities are outdated and were not very clean.
