The room and bathroom were extremely nasty. We had a 4 night stay, and we tried to give it a chance. We went to the complementary breakfast the first morning, and there was mold all over the bread. We then checked out and I am now trying to get a refund for the last two nights as we did not stay and went else where.

I booked this hotel for a weekend stay. The front desk person was sitting outside in the car, which made it very difficult to check in or out, the hotel itself smelled like dog and mold. It was very dirty. Some of the doors didn’t close properly and we checked out 20 minutes after check-in and nobody can answer any questions about my reservation and if I can be refunded for the time that I did not stay.

Room was dirty, towels were stained beyond cleaning and should’ve been thrown away. Live cockroaches in the room, refrigerator was dirty and sticky residue on the inside of door, and shower head was clogged from hard water deposits. I booked the room for 2 days and checked out after spending 1 night disgusting stay! Waiting on refund for second days stay!

First, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in went fine. The room we were given had a host of problems. There was no shower curtain, the sink faucet was so loose we were afraid it would break, the toilet didn’t flush, the heat wouldn’t turn off, and the fan in the front of the suite wouldn’t turn off. We were given a new room the next day and it was ok. The breakfast was very poor. Items were constantly running out and they were very slow to replace them. I felt they just didn’t care. I won’t be staying there again.

Although I didn't get much communication with the staff, they did seem courteous. Upon arrival, the room felt humid and a little warm, and had a smell of wet laundry. We checked in late and were tired, so we decided to just go to bed. The beds were actually very comfortable, so that was good. In the restroom, there were dirty hands prints on the wall and the door didn't shut correctly. My wife attempted to have the breakfast, but said the coffee looked gross and the hash browns were terrible. Thankfully she didn't get sick from the eggs and chicken she had. We opted to go out for breakfast instead, and more than likely won't book this hotel again.
