We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in. First night the pull out couch had sheets from the prior tenants but we requested new sheets and the it them on ourselves. Those sheets were also dirty with some white powdered substance. Got more sheets they seemed fine. The sink was literally unmanageable, it would turn on with so much pressure that it would splash everywhere constantly! It just created a hassle that didn’t need to happen. The door handle to the balcony was nearly falling off, but was fixed later. The laundry room was terrible! Dryer parts were thrown on the floor and tons of detergent everywhere, it was like a sauna in there. Just completely uncomfortable. Overall, there were so many problems with the room that cause a stressful environment for a vacation, no one wants that.
