The front desk worker was very nice which is the only reason it’s not a 1 star. The hotel is very neglected the second floor hallway sounds like you are going to fall through when walking on it. Everything needs to be cleaned there was layers of dust and dirt on everything. There were dead roaches in the bathroom. Would not recommend at all no matter the price.

The only good thing was the reception. Other than that, the room smelled awful, it was poorly cleaned, and my bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine. We found cockroaches in the room.

There was a small couple of dribbles that came out of the shower it was not really working at all. The front desk staff was excellent however there wasn’t any effort or offer made to refund any of the rate.

When I went to the room, in the basket in the bathroom was the wrapper of a disposable tampon, also one of the pillows didn't have a pillow case. Was very noisy outside until late.

Jennifer on check in was fine overnight staff pitiful poor. As there was no coffee facilities in room I came out to get coffee from reception and was told in no uncertain terms that breakfast was at 6am and it was only 5.45am so couldn’t have any. Also the lady said MY breakfast station opens st 6am not before. Thought it was the guests breakfast??!!??!!

Made the reservation online, very easy. Checked in, quick and easy for the most part, Get to the room, go to the bathroom, roaches are crawling in the shower/tub. Go back to front desk, requested a refund, (haven't received that yet) and got out of there.
