Archie's Lake Daze Cottage - No Pets

Soak up the beautiful lake views from a rocker on the porch or the 2 person hammock between the pine trees. This cozy cottage has 3 BR and 2 Baths and a stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. Enjoy fishing from your private dock or take a spin in the paddle boat or kayaks provided. After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 4 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.
The space
This beautiful and simple cozy cottage is on the private Church Branch Lake Division of Lake Marion. Take in the lake scene from the dock at dusk and get up in the morning to a beautiful misty lake and a cup of coffee. Fayz on the Lake restaurant and Dollar General are within walking distance from the cottage. Boat on our smaller private lake, or on the large lake Marion, your choice, both landings are within 2 minutes, unfortunately, the two lakes do not connect by water.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A Smart television with Netflix is provided, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Wow, is the best word to explain it all. We got married the evening of our stay and Lisa was more than accommodating to all of my request. The wedding gift left on the counter for us was over the top, never would have expected to receive something so thoughtful by a total stranger. The house was well equipped with everything needed to include something as simple as hand soap in the bathrooms which is never provided. Definitely 10/10 for the host, the house, the amenities and the entertainment. Can't wait to go back!!!

We had a wonderful mini vacation at Archies lake daze cottage. It was well stocked and clean and charming. Lots of activities to do even if it rains, like darts and pool and Pac-Man. We were outside most of the time because we were lucky to have good weather. I loved the hammock. It was a relaxing three day trip and we all enjoyed it very much. The king bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable and we slept well. I would highly recommend this place. I would love to return, maybe in the summer when we could do more on the lake.

Amazing little lake house

We had a fabulous time. Cottage was perfectly quiet. A little disappointed that the fireplace was not working but heat was not an issue. We just wanted it for the ambiance. Also the description said hot tub. Since the pics did not show a hot tub, I assumed there was a spa tub. This did not ruin our time spent. We loved it and will be back!

Very nice cottage on the lake

Beautiful cottage on the lake. Very clean and comfortable. Since we were visiting at a hot time of year (mid August) we spent a good amount of time in the rocking chairs on the porch facing the lake. So relaxing. We used the kayaks once and the lake was very peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends and family. My husbands only wish is that there was a fishing pole available.
