It’s a great budget friendly stay, within 7 min drive to most things in summerside. The view behind the motel is beautiful at sunrise. The rooms are in needs of upgrades but no complaints- the rooms smelt clean and no issues with cleanliness - only complaint was carpet was ripped and stained at entry way. We didn’t utilize the pool but checked it out and it looked clean! Staff were very friendly

Motel needs a good revamp across the place, if you miss 1988 that's your spot, staff hardly if never to be seen at the front desk, waited there many times for many mins. Over all it did the job for our last mins summer vacations, family of three, the kitchenette was useful.
