Perfect for a quick overnight stay. Staff were lovely!
Staff was very friendly, room was very clean & quiet. Breakfast was included with the stay and there were lots of options. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Quick easy check in, friendly staff. Room was clean, pet friendly, easy outside access for our dog, on site restaurant was convenient and the food was excellent. Ample parking and close to all amenities. Beds were comfortable and the complimentary hot breakfast was excellent. Appreciated the 24/7 coffee bar.
The front end staff member was excellent. He met all our needs with a smile. The room was excellent and the hotel is excellent for meeting others in an inviting hallway that has great areas to sit and meet others.
The property was awesome. I stayed there for four nights and the staff and they made service were super nice to me and the breakfast was really good. Definitely would recommend anyone to go there and I would go back there if I have to stay in summerside

We didn’t like a lot of things. The corridors are spacious and a lot of skylight and comfortable chairs. However I feel they should have taken a least 3 feet from each side and make the rooms bigger. They were uncomfortable small. Then they had to reading chairs that were so low that I (At 5’4”) could not seat comfortably. Had to go to the corridor. Also the toilet is SOW low that I had trouble getting up. So strange in a country and with visitors that are so much taller and bigger, and we met them at breakfast. The room was dirty, pop corn between the beds and excrement in the toilet paper holder. We have been on vacation in this area and stayed at 3 different Holiday Inn and there is no comparison. Which is too bad because the hotel has the potential with a par 3 golf course , all the facilities os pool and exercise.
Also the bed on the other hand was for tall people because I had a difficult time getting up.
Just wanted to let management know that I don’t understand how they could have made such bad furniture choices.
