Hutch tv was on was coming apart on the ends, heat did not work in room so was provided a space heater, hot water did not work the next day for a few hours, had to call in a noise complaint, and kids were running up and down the hallways in the evenings. Staff were attentive when asked. Breakfast was good and was provided some compensation on checkout for the inconveniences.

Room was very clean. Bathroom; tub tile and ceiling / wall could use repair as well as the front entrance. The only real negative was the restaurant was closed and was last year when we visited as well. By the time we found out, it was too late to get a table at any local restaurant as they were all sold out. Very disappointed in this trend. Otherwise, very quiet and staff were fabulous.

The staff was amazing, really nice, and the place is very clean. The room and furniture is older and in poor condition. The room was cold, set at 17 degrees, and the pool was extremely cold, making it unusable. The shower was lukewarm at full temperature and had almost no water pressure. The breakfast was not good, even for free hotel breakfast standards. The staff was the best part, all the staff was great.

The staff were so great with having 2 U11 boys hockey teams there. The “mini stick space” was the absolute most perfect way to keep them controlled and the hospitality room we rented for a pizza party and a spot for parents to gather could not have been better. I will book a hockey team to come back here 100%! Other hotels are not even close to being this welcoming!

Rooms were clean, comfy, Breakfast was fantastic. Only issue was there was no hot water the entire 2 days we were there. The front desk said it was because they had a large amount of laundry to do that day but it never got better for us, or any of the other guests at the hotel diring our stay.

A lovely spot!! Perfect location, well appointed (and very clean) rooms. The staff were remarkable. The breakfast room was very nice and provided an amazing view of the harbour. Lots of choices for breakfast and, AGAIN..the wait staff were wonderful Thank YOU for a wonderful experience
