Staff was courteous at check-in and room was large BUT when we opened the door to the room it smelled like a wet dog had been in there. I went to front desk and asked if they had any air freshener I could use because of the smell. He handed me the spray and said for me to make sure the air was on auto. I sprayed the room down, but it was awful. The bathroom fan didn't work and the sink didn't have any hot water. I didn't request a new room nor was I offered one.

Clean and easily accessible. Did not like the fact that the woman who checked us in asked what my disability was because we had 2 service dogs. That is none of her business when we have the paperwork to prove it. My husband is disabled and he spoke up and told her he is the one who is disabled.
