Our room was very unique with its lovely 4 poster bed and lovely free standing bath .Lovely fire place and comfy old chair beside it in our room so cozy..We had a fabulous stay food was exquisite and service was lovely ..Cocktails were delicious. Nice hotel in a lovely setting. Room was big but cold, room air conditioning didn’t work properly which was a shame. Found myself waking up with a dry throat so had to turn it off completely. Really nice meal in the main restaurant but wouldn’t say it’s value for money, considering how expensive it is! Staff were friendly and helpful but I don’t think I would return. I stayed in room 29.
