On the ground floor, you’re greeted by an open-plan living space with dual-aspect bi-fold doors that let light flood in and offer access to the garden. Chose to dine either indoors or outdoors, preparing delicious meals in the shaker kitchen before sitting down at the dining table or beneath the attractive veranda. A handy ground-floor WC completes this downstairs space. The one and only bedroom can be found beneath vaulted ceilings on the first floor. Accompanied by a handy en-suite, this instantly inviting bedroom offers plenty of cushy furnishings for catching forty winks or getting yourself ready in the morning. There’s even a Juliet balcony and a picture window presenting marvellous views to wake up to.


Discover the rich history and vibrant wildlife of Orford, just 1 mile away. This utterly scenic area boasts a monumental castle (1 mile), a nature reserve teeming with life and the chance to embark on a River Alde boat trip from the quay (1.5 miles). For further superb walking opportunities, head towards Captain’s Wood (2.5 miles) or Snape Maltings (5 miles), always keep your eyes peeled for deer, barn owls and bats amongst other exciting creatures.
