We got to our room and there was only a sheet on the bed so we called the desk and they brought up a comforter. Janet who was doing the breakfast was amazing and so sweet!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only negative was check-in. The check in clerk was not very friendly or inviting. She had an attitude when asked the simplest questions. My mother-in-law was quite appalled at her behavior.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. My only dislike was that the privacy shade was broken (We made if work because we were only there for one night) and the bathroom shower needed some repair. Overall it was a great stay with prime location on a friendly budget.

Our Room was clean but the hallway and elevator floors were dirty. Muddy footprints and squished spiders. The AC in our room was not working so our room Was Hot. The plug was tripped out and The window would not close. Breakfast was mediocre. They had pancakes which my kids were excited about but the were out of regular syrup and only had “diet syrup” which of course didn’t taste good. The boiled eggs tasted like they had been frozen.
