Apartment with a terrace and a view of the beach

The "Delfín 2" apartment gets its name because it’s right by the sea in "El Perelló," 25 kilometers from Valencia.
This apartment has a magnificent rooftop terrace overlooking the beach: here you can have lunch, dinner, sunbathe, or relax for a while with a drink… There is a small grill on the terrace (please put it away after use). Next to the door leading off the terrace is another door that opens onto a small utility room where the washing machine is located.
Upon entering the “Delfín 2” apartment, you’ll find a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a side view of the sea. There’s a sofa, a TV with a swivel arm so you can watch it from the sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need to cook and eat, just like at home), and a dining table with 6 chairs.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the beach, features a double bed (150x190), and has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Across the hall is the second bathroom and two bedrooms: one with two 90x190 beds and the other with a 90x200 bed and a desk for working or studying.

We call it Delfin 2 because we have another apartment in the same building that we call Delfin 1.
El Perelló is a seaside town surrounded by La Albufera, which belongs to the municipality of Sueca. It’s 25 kilometers from Valencia and just 15 kilometers from Cullera. Bus No. 25 will take you to downtown Valencia in about half an hour.

In El Perelló, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, and many small shops. If you come to El Perelló, you must try the local tomatoes: they’re a high-quality, locally grown product.

You can reach Valencia via a road that crosses La Albufera Natural Park—a very special place. La Albufera is a freshwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea (El Saler Beach) by a long forest and white sand dunes known as the Dehesa de El Saler, which are about 1 kilometer wide. This is one of the few places in the world where you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the same spot on the water. La Albufera was designated a SPA (Special Protection Area for Birds) in 1986 and a SCI (Site of Community Importance) because all kinds of birds migrating from Northern Europe to Africa to spend the winter stop at La Albufera to rest.
