Wonderful location, clean, modern, and well kept.

Wonderful location, clean, modern, and well kept. I’m a born and raised New Yorker, but My dad is from this town, but unfortunately he has dementia now and we can’t stay with him anymore since the house is a disaster every summer when we arrive. It’s been difficult to rent since most of the properties in town are not very modern and forget about having air conditioning. This place was wonderful. Panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Right above one of the best Arrocerias in town. Pilar- the Porter who cares for the building, sort of like a super, took such great care of us. We were also pleasantly surprised at the apartment came with beach chairs and an umbrella. The washing machine broke the day we got there, but we got a new one that very afternoon. Excellent excellent service. We will be back!
