Second floor fire doors (clearly identified as such by signage) are supposed to remain closed when not in use. That’s what the signage says. The one near our room was kept open with a wooden doorstop. I removed the doorstop before retiring at night, but by morning the doorstop was back in place. Overall, this hotel now feels neglected & rundown. Junk is being stored under stairwells. The mattress on our bed was exposed, with the large label showing.

Really bad experience, they didn’t clean the room and do the bed so when we arrived from our day trip the room was very disorganized. The breakfast was not good, they said they have breakfast until 10 am but we arrived at 9am and there was not food remaining.

Veey clean and easy and good location. Breakfast was lacking. Muffins, bagels and bananas would be nice options. Possibly oatmeal as well. 2nd day there was no juice (empty or machine not working). We would visit again.

The staff was fantastic!! I loved the gift bag touch with the water and snacks. The on site restaurant was really good and again staff was incredibly welcoming! Only complaint and it is strictly personal to my family the beds were so uncomfortable (personal preference)
